Your Day to Day As aDealwiseChapter Lead with a frontend focus, you will combine deep frontend engineeringexpertisewith leadership responsibilities. You will guide a chapter of engineers,ensuringhigh-quality,scalableand user-centric solutions while fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and engineering excellence. Your responsabilities will include: Frontend Technical Responsibilities Develop reusable web components using modern frameworks (e.g., Lit, React, Angular, Vue). Design and implement scalable microfrontend architectures. Manage application state using tools such as Redux or similar. Ensure performance, accessibility, and cross-platform consistency. Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and interactive interfaces. Leadership & Chapter Responsibilities Act as direct manager and coach for chapter members. Drive professional development and technical growth. Facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain engineering standards. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Lead and grow a chapter of engineers (coaching, mentoring, capability development). Drive frontend architecture and engineering best practices across squads. Ensure development of scalable, resilient, and user-centric interfaces. Contribute hands-on todevelopmentof web components andfrontendsolutions. Promote reuse via shared libraries andmicro-frontendarchitecture. Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and engineering standards. Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of engineers. Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other stakeholders. Foster knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and innovation. What you'll bring to the team Strong experience infrontendengineering (JavaScript, HTML, CSS). Hands-on experience with modern frameworks and web components. Experience withmicro-frontendarchitecturesand state management. Proven leadership experience (mentoring, coaching, team management). Strong understanding of system design and scalablearchitectures. Experience with Agile ways of working. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Nice to Have Experience in building cross-platform applications (web, iOS, Android). Knowledge of cloud technologies and DevOps practices. Experience in fintech or large-scale platforms. Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
