Service Line Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:Solution Technical LeadershipLead end-to-end Adobe Commerce (Magento) solutioning: discovery, estimation, architecture, and delivery planning.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Magento implementations (catalog, checkout, promotions, pricing, customer, order management).
• Define technical standards for module development, theming, integrations, and release management.
• Implementation DeliveryDesign and build custom Magento modules, plugins, observers, and APIs using PHP best practices and Magento patterns.
• Implement and optimize storefront experiences (themes, layout XML, UI components) aligned with UX and performance goals.
• Drive integrations with third-party services (payments, shipping, tax, ERP/CRM, PIM) using REST/GraphQL and secure integration patterns.
• Quality, Performance OperationsEnsure code quality through reviews, testing strategy, and adherence to Magento coding standards.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and scalability concerns (caching, indexing, database, search).
• Support release cycles with environment readiness, deployment coordination, and rollback planning.
• Collaboration MentorshipPartner with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with business outcomes and timelines.
• Mentor developers, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications: BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA, MBA, or MSc.
• 59 years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Commerce (Magento).
• Solid experience building and customizing Magento solutions, including custom modules and storefront components.
• Strong PHP development experience with an understanding of object-oriented design and maintainable code practices.
• Experience working with Magento data structures and core commerce workflows (catalog, checkout, orders, customers).
