Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Developer with 5-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Python programming, backend development, API integration, database management, and cloud technologies. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Python-based applications and services.
• Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop reusable, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Integrate applications with databases, third-party systems, and cloud platforms.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions and solution design.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python with 5-8 years of hands-on development experience.
• Experience with Python frameworks such as:
• Django
• Flask
• FastAPI
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
• Experience in developing REST APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases:
• PostgreSQL
• MySQL
• MongoDB
• Redis
• Experience with ORM frameworks such as SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming and multithreading concepts.
• Experience with Version Control Systems such as Git.

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

Data & Messaging

• Experience working with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS.
• Understanding of data processing and integration workflows.
