In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
⦁ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure project execution and alignment with objectives
⦁ Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes
⦁ Refine project management processes by incorporating best practices and lessons learned for improved efficiency and effectiveness
⦁ Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks
⦁ Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets
⦁ Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies
⦁ Identify staffing needs adaptable to changing project needs and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals
⦁ Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations
