Agentic AI Developer (3-5 Years Experience)

Job Description:
Infosys is seeking an innovative Agentic AI Developer with 3-5 years of experience in software development and strong expertise in Python programming. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and building autonomous AI agents, multi-agent systems, and GenAI-powered applications using modern AI frameworks and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and AI agent frameworks.
• Build intelligent workflows and autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and task execution.
• Develop scalable Python-based applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and business applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven business solutions.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in Python development.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of FastAPI, Flask, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Experience working with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Azure AI Search).
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud and AI services.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with multi-agent orchestration and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of LLMOps, AI governance, and model evaluation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
