Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Digital Product Marketing Manager to drive product positioning, go-to-market success, and customer/user adoption across our digital products. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and commercial teams, ensuring that our products are well designed, effectively launched, continuously optimized based on market and customer insights.
Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging
Define clear, compelling product value propositions
Translate complex product features into customer-centric messaging
Ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels
Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution
Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution with full ownership
Partner with product managers to align on launch priorities and timelines
Develop launch plans including campaigns, content, and enablement materials
Track and optimize launch performance
Customer & Market Insights
Conduct market research including but not limited to customer survey, customer group discussions, user testing, competitor analysis, industry best practices gathering
Identify customer pain points and translate them into actionable insights
Continuously refine messaging and strategy based on data & research
Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as the bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing teams, and Operation.
Drive alignment on priorities, messaging, and campaign execution
Performance & Analytics
Define and track key product marketing metrics (e.g., adoption, engagement, conversion)
Analyze campaign and product performance to drive optimization
Use data to inform decision-making and prioritization
Sales & Internal Enablement
Equip internal teams with the right tools, messaging, and training
Develop marketing materials, playbooks, and product narratives
Ensure internal teams are confident in using or promoting the product
qualifications
Qualifications:
Experience
3+ years in product marketing, digital marketing, market research, or event-related roles
Experience in trade shows and events preferred
Proven track record in driving product adoption and go-to-market execution
Skills & Capabilities
Strong ability to translate product features into business value for users
Ability to operate in fast-paced, deadline-driven (event cycle) environments
Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize based on user behavior
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong ownership mindset with a track record of driving initiatives end-to-end
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
English and Mandarin speaking
Preferred
Experience with event tech platforms (e.g., registration systems, matchmaking tools, mobile event apps)
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools
