Roles and responsibilties:
- Managing the outbound calling process, with direct responsibility for a team of ~10 callers, including on-floor supervision, coaching, and motivation
- Daily creation and tracking of key KPIs such as talk time, call connects, and conversion rates
- Conducting RCA through call audits and taking corrective actions to address performance drops
- Setting up processes to improve agent productivity and ensuring adherence to them
