Roles and Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the company's industrial equipment/machinery products.
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer relationships, and sales techniques.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry trends, and networking events to drive growth in existing markets or expand into new ones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, engineering) to develop effective marketing campaigns that support sales efforts.

Job Requirements :
• 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Equipment/Machinery Sales Manager or similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
• Strong understanding of industrial equipment/machinery industry trends, technologies, and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively under pressure.
