About the Role

We are looking for an experienced German Language Trainer to design and deliver structured training programs that take students from foundational levels to CEFR B1/B2 proficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong pedagogical skills with fluency in German and a proven track record of exam-oriented and conversational teaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom/online training, progressing learners systematically to B1/B2 level
• Design lesson plans, assessments, and practice modules covering grammar, vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, and writing
• Prepare students for recognized German proficiency exams
• Conduct regular mock tests, track learner progress, and provide personalized feedback

• Customize teaching methods for different learner profiles (study-abroad aspirants)
• Maintain attendance, performance records, and batch completion reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in German Language, Linguistics, or related field
• Minimum C1 proficiency in German (certification required)
• 3+ years of experience teaching German, with demonstrated success in B1/B2 outcomes
• Strong command of English or Hindi for instructional support (as applicable)

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching certification
• Prior experience in EdTech, study-abroad counseling, or corporate language training
• Experience with LMS platforms and online teaching tools
• Ability to handle both group and one-on-one training formats
