Provide Subject Matter Advisor (SMA) services for BP's LSE platform and associated integrations, ensuring continued operational stability, project delivery support, release governance, defect management and cross-market functional expertise.

Scope of Services

1. Functional SME Support

• Provide functional expertise across LSE (Blue Yonders Luminate Store Execution) and associated business processes.
• Advise project teams on solution design, functional capability and business process alignment.
• Support discussions with market stakeholders across ANZ, NZ, PL, DE and ZA.
• Act as a point of contact for functional questions relating to LSE.

2. Solution & Integration Advisory

• Provide guidance on LSE integrations and downstream/upstream systems.
• Support architecture reviews and design discussions.
• Assess impact of proposed changes across markets and integrations.
• Support POS, Mobile, ESO Connect and reporting/integration initiatives.

3. Release & Defect Management

• Review Blue Yonder releases and release notes.
• Assess business and technical impacts of defect fixes.
• Define test scope and impacted markets.
• Support defect triage and resolution discussions with BP, Blue Yonder and support vendors.

4. Project Delivery Support

• Provide SME support to ongoing and future projects involving LSE.
• Participate in design reviews, build reviews, testing and deployment planning.
• Identify risks, gaps and dependency issues.
• Support project teams with business and technical decision making.

5. Operational Support & Governance

• Participate in service reviews and governance forums.
• Support operational issue resolution and escalations.
• Review support tickets and identify recurring themes or risks.
• Provide guidance on release readiness and production support activities.

6. Knowledge Transition & Capability Build

• Absorb knowledge currently held by the incumbent SME.
• Develop sufficient capability to independently support the activities listed above.
• Participate in shadowing and reverse knowledge transfer sessions.
• Demonstrate capability through successful execution of SME responsibilities.
