About Infinity Group & Infinite Insurance
At Infinity, we help everyday Australians take control of their financial universe, from eliminating debt to building long-term wealth with confidence.
Infinite Insurance has been newly created to protect the people we already serve.
As the dedicated insurance arm of the Infinity Group, Infinite Insurance exists to ensure our clients’ financial strategies are properly protected - with clear advice, transparent options, and service that feels genuinely human. No product pushing. No black holes. Just the right cover, done properly.
This role sits at the heart of that mission: looking after Infinity clients as they move through key life, business, and wealth milestones.
The Role
Reporting directly to our Chief Insurance Officer, you’ll be responsible for delivering tailored insurance advice to existing Infinity Group clients, primarily SME and commercial.
Rather than chasing cold leads, you’ll work with warm, pre-qualified referrals from our existing ~5,500 clients – ensuring their insurance aligns with their broader financial and wealth strategies.
As part of the foundation team, you’ll help shape how Infinite Insurance operates, scales, and supports clients nationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and manage the insurance needs of existing Infinity Group clients, including renewals, endorsements, policy reviews and recommendations.
- Conduct thorough risk reviews, identify protection gaps and provide tailored, compliant advice aligned to each client’s financial strategy.
- Prepare and present quotes, comparisons and policy recommendations, including negotiating terms and premiums with insurers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through warm internal referrals and better support existing Infinity clients.
- Work collaboratively with administration, broker support and claims teams to deliver strong client outcomes, including support through complex claims.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation while contributing to scalable processes as the division grows.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (mandatory)
- 3–5 years’ experience in commercial or SME & broking
- Strong knowledge of General Insurance products
- AR background desirable
- Strong understanding of insurer markets and underwriting

Skills & Attributes
- Strong service-led, client-first mindset
- Comfortable working with warm internal referrals
