Job Description
- Candidate Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Onboarding Activities:
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide new employees with a comprehensive orientation to the organization.
- HR Discussions:
- Engage in salary negotiations and discussions with candidates.
- Assist in resolving employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Salary Fitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure salary fitment is aligned with organizational guidelines.
