Job Description:
The Supply Chain Planning Analyst & ERP Data Steward combines hands-on experience in supply chain planning and production processes (50%) and will be assigned to the SAP S/4HANA project team as a regional Data Steward (50%). The role supports both ERP transformation efforts and planning process improvement initiatives.
This is not a traditional SAP support role. It is designed for a high-potential individual contributor who will learn and support planning processes, including demand, supply, and production planning, while contributing to a major S/4HANA implementation. You will gain exposure to SIOP and planning best practices while building foundational expertise in both systems and operations.
Key Responsibilities
50% – Functional Role: Planning & Production Support
Support planning activities, including:
Demand and supply planning inputs
Production scheduling support
Data validation for planning accuracy
Assist in improving data quality used in planning processes
Partner with planning and manufacturing teams to understand how plans translate into execution
Support SIOP process activities and data preparation
Help track and analyze key metrics such as:
Forecast accuracy
Inventory levels
Service performance
Assist with scenario analysis and planning data insights
Support efforts to improve planning tools and processes
Gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain planning workflows
50% – SAP S/4HANA Data Stewardship
Support data integrity and process alignment within SAP as part of the S/4HANA transformation
Collaborate with global governance teams to understand and apply standard processes
Assist in data migration activities by analyzing current-state data and supporting plant readiness
Provide hands-on SAP support including data uploads, validation, and troubleshooting
Support change management activities, including assessing impacts and assisting with implementation
Help create and maintain documentation for master data and business processes
Participate in system testing, validation, and implementation activities
Support training efforts to help end users understand processes and data
Validate reports and analytics to ensure data accuracy and proper context
Qualifications:
Qualifications & Skills
3–8 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or related field
Exposure to SAP or planning systems (APO, IBP, or similar tools preferred)
Basic understanding of planning concepts (forecasting, inventory, scheduling)
Strong analytical and data skills
Interest in process improvement and systems
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated with a growth mindset

A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $85,000 to $110,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit-sharing bonus with a target of 10% as well as 401K match up to 8% (vesting schedule).
