Own the MDW catalogue end to end in English and French: create, structure, maintain, and continuously update catalogue pages (including the annual update campaign and ad-hoc updates)
Ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with SG standards and terminology by coordinating reviews and validations with PMs/POs and technical/business stakeholders
Increase visibility and adoption of the MDW offer by promoting the catalogue; contributing to improvements in navigation and search (keywords, tagging); and driving awareness of key services through targeted communications and adoption campaigns
Support AI smart assistant integration by structuring and cleansing knowledge sources, defining prompt strategy, and continuously optimising prompts using MDW knowledge
Ensure cross-channel consistency (between our platforms) and clarity of the Digital Workplace offer (including for new joiners from other tenants) to drive adoption, reduce change resistance, and limit support tickets through self-service
Adapt and maintain catalogue content to support business continuity needs
Monitor, analyse, and report on catalogue performance (usage and content effectiveness) and drive continuous improvement actions
Propose a user-centric structure for catalogue pages and evolve it as user needs change
Support broader team activities as needed (e.g., incident communications for Digital Workplace tools, community management, event organisation, and adoption campaigns)

Very good level of French and English
User-centric (in multicultural perimeter)
Passionate about new technologies
Team spirit and ability to work across teams, departments, locations
You are a good communicator, and you have good writing skills
Desire to learn continuously and to share your experience
You know how to evolve in an international environment
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in communication/marketing or related field
Previous experience in knowledge management will be a plus
