This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, control, and efficiency of billing processes, while working closely with internal teams and supporting treasury activities. Key Responsibilities Validate, control, and monitor the issuance and delivery of invoices, credit notes, and related documentation Manage customer accounts and outstanding balances Prepare billing reports and performance indicators Coordinate closely with internal teams, particularly Operations Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains Provide support to the Treasury team when required qualifications Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or related fields Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in billing, finance, or similar roles Solid knowledge of Office 365 tools Good understanding of accounting principles and Portuguese tax legislation Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively Fluent English, both written and spoken additionalInformation Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with SAP Background in companies with high-volume billing environments Familiarity with audit processes Proven ability to optimize processes and implement improvements Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset
