The profile we are looking for should have Backend, Frontend and Data Base knowledge, as well as ODC strong experience This person needs to have at least 7-10 years of working experience with Outsystems, in full-dedicated developer role or Tech Lead. Key Responsibilities: Actively collaborate with business analysts (BAs) and Product Owner to understand requirements and use cases. Propose technical solutions and actively contribute to decision-making. Work closely with an 6-member team to create and enhance the internal management solution. Report progress and align with the team lead on project milestones. Collaborate in a restructuration roadmap as a Senior member, ensuring: Code Quality and Maintainability Well Structured Data Base Design and Architecture Quality Mentoring/Coaching Junior and Mid-level colleagues qualifications Outsystems Javascript CSS SQL REST API C# (optional) Critical Thinking Cooperation and Team Work Experience working in Agile environments Autonomous Solution-oriented and User-centric approach Excellent Communication additionalInformation - Speak english is mandatory
