Come be part of Inetum! jobDescription We are looking for a Middleware Operations Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting critical data platforms in a production environment. This role focuses on ensuring the stability and performance of Kafka and Qlik Replicate platforms, contributing to operational excellence and incident resolution within a demanding and regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Support daily operations of Kafka and Qlik Replicate platforms Monitor production environments and ensure system availability and performance Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis Handle service requests, standard changes, and operational tasks Work within an L2 support model with a high level of autonomy Analyze logs and use monitoring tools to identify and resolve issues Maintain operational documentation and follow best practices Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring clear communication and quality handovers Contribute to strengthening Qlik operational capabilities and Kafka production support Gradually develop understanding of Cloudera platform dependencies Requirements 3+ years of experience in production support, middleware operations, or platform operations Experience in banking or other critical production environments Proven experience with Kafka administration or support Hands-on experience with Qlik Replicate or similar CDC/replication tools Good understanding of incident management, monitoring, and operational procedures Knowledge of Linux systems and log analysis Experience working in L2 support environments with autonomy Nice to Have Exposure to Cloudera environments Knowledge of database replication concepts Additional Requirements Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience with ticketing and incident management tools Proficiency in English (C1 mandatory) Basic proficiency in French (A1 mandatory) qualifications additionalInformation
