Sales Officer - Merchant Acquisition at Indusind Bank · Thane

Role & responsibilities :

• Identify and acquire new merchants in the assigned territory for POS machine deployment.
• Drive field sales activities to onboard merchants for payment solutions.
• Open Current Accounts for newly acquired merchants and deepen relationships.
• Cross-sell asset products such as business loans, merchant loans, and other banking products.
• Maintain regular interaction with merchants to ensure service quality and identify business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for POS acquisition, Sound box.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify potential leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, KYC norms, and compliance requirements.
