Zonal Operations Manager at Indira Ivf Hospital in Gurugram

Role & responsibilities

Zonal Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing administration, facility management, maintenance, infrastructure, and compliance activities across multiple IVF centres within the assigned zone. The role ensures seamless centre operations, optimum patient experience, equipment uptime, cost control, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all IVF centres in the zone.
• Monitor centre performance and compliance with SOPs.
• Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective actions.
• Support Centre Heads in resolving operational challenges.

Facility & Maintenance Management

• Oversee maintenance of all centre infrastructure, including IVF labs, procedure rooms, OT areas, electrical systems, HVAC, AHUs, UPS, DG sets, and utility systems.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of critical equipment with minimum downtime.
• Monitor AMC/CMC contracts and vendor performance.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, infection control, and healthcare regulations.
• Support NABH and quality accreditation requirements.
• Conduct periodic facility and safety audits.

Vendor & Cost Management

• Manage housekeeping, security, pest control, biomedical waste, and facility vendors.
• Control maintenance and administrative expenses through effective budgeting and cost optimisation initiatives.

Patient Experience & Safety

• Ensure a clean, safe, and patient-friendly environment across all centres.
• Drive initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and service quality.
• Ensure timely resolution of facility-related concerns.

New Centre Projects

• Support new centre setup, infrastructure readiness, and operational launch activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for project execution.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Engineering, Facility Management, Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Operations preferred.
• 8-12 years of experience in healthcare, hospital, IVF, fertility, or multi-site facility operations.
• Strong experience in administration, maintenance, vendor management, and healthcare compliance.
