Summary: Indie Campers is a leading campervan marketplace focused on making road trips accessible to everyone. They are seeking a Tourism & Operations Intern to provide excellent customer service, manage reservations, and ensure the quality of campervans while gaining hands-on experience in the tourism industry. Responsibilities: - Take care of check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, explain campervan functionalities, terms and conditions, upsell road trip extras - Align the reservations with the available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras and kits - Maintain the campervans in top condition, identify and act on possible maintenance or repair needs - Support the team in monitoring the existing stock, coordinating the fleet of campervans, troubleshooting operational issues Required Qualifications: - You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or a related field looking for an internship - You are fluent in English - You have a work permit (if applicable) - You have a valid driver's licence (for both manual and automatic vehicles) - You like international environments and meeting new cultures - You possess a natural talent for connecting with people and have a strong customer service orientation - You have a problem-solving mindset, thriving to create solutions and feeling comfortable with getting your hands dirty Required Skills: Customer Service Orientation, English Language Benefits: Online and on-the-job training to develop relevant skills to your growth: guest relations, customer service, problem-solving, communication, team spirit, organization, time management, fleet coordination, supplies management and logistics;, International opportunities and possibility of integration in Indie Campers after the internship.
