The Rental Service Agent plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales through RV demonstrations and conversions. Responsibilities: - Conduct check-ins/check-outs, briefings, and provide ongoing rental support - Handle service recovery and emergencies with empathy - Prepare and perform RV demos, showcasing features, specs, and customer-specific needs - Ensure smooth handovers and all documentation is in order - Track leads, demos, and follow-ups in CRM - Convert rental customers into sales opportunities, and support the RV Sales District and City Lead to meet targets - Maintain knowledge of Indie Campers RV models and perform basic system demos (lighting, gas, etc.) - Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed Required Qualifications: - 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments - Strong communication and customer engagement skills - Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems - Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented under pressure - Proficiency using rental systems - Organised, detail-focused, and proactive in managing leads or customers - Driving License (Category B) required - English proficiency - Able to stand, walk, and move around the depot for extended periods throughout the day - Able to lift or carry light to moderate items (10–15 kg) - Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions - Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season schedules - Ability to interact with customers in different emotional states (excited, stressed, confused) with calmness and professionalism Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency using CRM tools - Nice to have: digital sales software - Nice to have: local-language proficiency (if applicable) Required Skills: Sales, Rental systems, CRM tools, Digital sales software, Technical RV/vehicle systems, Solution orientation, Calmness Benefits: Competitive compensation and commission opportunities., Training in sales, product knowledge, customer service, and RV technical systems., Career growth across Rental, Sales, Operations, or Servicing., Travel benefits and access to the Indie Campers rental fleet., Dynamic and multicultural working environment.
