At Independence Bank, we believe great banking starts with even better people. Each employee deserves a place where they can grow, have fun and feel valued. We’ve grown to become one of Kentucky’s largest banks, but we’ve never lost our community bank spirit along the way. Here, you’ll find a culture that promotes authenticity and having fun each day you come to work. We dress up for Halloween, celebrate holidays, surprise our employees with gifts or trips and find plenty of ways to celebrate together. We call our commitment to our communities “Local Love,” and we live it by investing our time, energy and more than $1 million each year back into the people and places we call home. There’s a reason we’ve been named a Best Place to Work in Kentucky more than 18 times. We’re proud of how far we’ve come, and we’re even more excited about where we’re going. If you’re looking for a place where you can do meaningful work, be part of a skilled team and actually enjoy the people you work with, we want to hear from you!
