Your Impact

As an In-House Legal Counsel / Corporate Lawyer – Full-time in Hamburg, you will report directly to the management and advise on all legal matters concerning Impossible Cloud GmbH and Impossible Cloud Network Foundation in Switzerland, both rapidly scaling ventures. The role is broad in scope and includes, among others, M&A, venture capital, trademark and competition law, as well as employment law and general contract law. You will also work on greenfield legal topics inherent to breakthrough technology and the crypto space.

What you will do:

• High-level legal work with a great degree of autonomy and opportunities for professional development
• Collaborate with and coordinate external law firms
• Drafting and negotiating contracts with national and international partners
• Maintaining and updating contracts and legal documents
• Providing legal support to various departments in day-to-day operations
• Lead legal research and complex projects in the IT area

What you bring:

• Professional experience in in-house legal departments or law firms, with a focus on commercial or corporate law
• Confidence and professionalism, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Excellent communication skills, coupled with a high degree of independence and initiative
• Successfully completed First State Examination (Erstes Staatsexamen) with top marks
• Fluent German and English language skills (business level required)
