They are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to support campaign performance analysis and reporting, collaborating with Client Services and Engineering to deliver actionable insights from data analysis. Responsibilities: - Analyze marketing campaign performance data and help track key metrics - Support list match validation and audience performance analysis - Build Excel- or spreadsheet-based reports and visual summaries for internal stakeholders - Work with Client Services and Engineering teams to support data requests and cross-team projects - Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations - Help develop repeatable templates and processes for ongoing analytics needs Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related STEM field - Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets - Curious, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills - Able to communicate insights through presentations, slides, or written summaries, translating complex data into clear and intuitive takeaways for internal teams and clients - Able to manage time effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with SQL or data visualization tools - Exposure to marketing, campaign, or performance data - Interest in or familiarity with the healthcare or biopharma industry Required Skills: Data Analysis, Excel Important Skills: SQL, Data Visualization
