Job Summary:
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Java and Selenium to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks. The candidate should have hands-on experience in UI and API automation, test framework design, and Agile delivery practices. Exposure to Playwright will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java and Selenium.
• Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications.
• Automate API test scenarios using Rest Assured/Postman.
• Perform database validation using SQL queries.
• Integrate automation suites with Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test execution results and troubleshoot automation failures.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners.
• Ensure test coverage for new features and regression suites.
• Mentor junior team members and conduct automation code reviews.
  
  Required Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in QA Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Selenium.
• Experience with TestNG/JUnit and BDD Cucumber.
• API Automation using Rest Assured or Postman.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, and JIRA.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum.
