We’re Hiring: Property Consultant – Off-Plan & Secondary Market

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Commission-based

Imperial Homes is seeking experienced and results-driven Property Consultants to join its growing sales team. Candidates must have strong experience in both Dubai’s off-plan and secondary property markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and manage leads for off-plan and secondary properties.

* Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties.

* Conduct property viewings and project presentations.

* Negotiate offers and successfully close transactions.

* Build strong relationships with clients, developers and investors.

* Maintain accurate lead and client information in the company CRM.

* Stay updated on market trends, project launches and property regulations.

* Consistently achieve individual sales targets.

Requirements:

* One to two years of property sales experience in Dubai.

* Proven experience in both off-plan and secondary property sales.

* Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

* Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market.

* Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.

* Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working on a commission basis.

* Ability to build and manage a strong client network.

* RERA certification is preferred.
