Role & responsibilities
• Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, chats, and in-person/virtual meetings.
• Counsel students on educational programs, career pathways, and enrollment options.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversions in CRM systems.
• Build long-term relationships with learners by providing guidance and post-enrollment support.
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and student satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
