We're currently seeking a Full-Time Front Office Manager to join our dynamic team.   As the face of our clinic, you'll play a key role in creating a seamless and supportive experience for every patient from their very first interaction.    Why Choose Impact? • Full suite of benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision coverage (and more!), PTO and 401K • A welcoming, collaborative clinic environment where your contributions truly matter • Eligible for year-end bonus opportunity RESPONSIBILITIES What You Will Do: • Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism—whether in person or by phone • Own the check-in/check-out process, including collecting co-pays and verifying insurance • Accurately manage scheduling and appointment flow using our EMR • Handle insurance verifications, authorizations, and follow-ups with confidence • Maintain efficient front desk operations while enforcing clinic policies and procedures • Collaborate with our clinicians and support team to ensure exceptional patient care • Occasionally assist with therapy tech support and light clerical duties QUALIFICATIONS Who You Are: • You’re detail-oriented, organized, and confident managing a busy front desk • You have experience with insurance verification, EMRs, and clinic operations • You thrive in a structured environment and aren’t afraid to enforce policies tactfully • You’re a natural problem solver and multitasker with a service-first mindset • Prior experience in a physical therapy or medical setting highly preferred, but not required PAY RANGE USD $22.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
