Job Description
Summary: Impact Advisors, LLC is a nationally recognized healthcare management consulting firm delivering Best in KLAS advisory, implementation, and optimization services. They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Healthcare Revenue Cycle Managed Services Intern to join their team, where the intern will drive revenue cycle transformation through strategic initiatives and contribute to client success in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist project teams in identifying opportunities to improve healthcare operations and patient outcomes
- Support research efforts including data collection, benchmarking, and industry analysis
- Help prepare client-facing materials such as presentations, reports, and process documentation
- Participate in interviews, workshops, and meetings to observe and contribute to solution development
- Assist with project coordination tasks such as tracking milestones and preparing updates
- Contribute to internal initiatives including knowledge sharing and methodology development
- Learn consulting best practices and tools used in revenue cycle managed services projects
Required Qualifications:
- Motivated emerging professional with a passion for improving healthcare through data driven operational improvement projects
- Collaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions
- Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level
- Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing
- Ability to travel 80% of the time
- Available for 10-week Summer 2026 internship (June through August)
- Located or willing to relocate to Chicago following graduation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Anticipated Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferred majors in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business (general)
- Expected Graduation May 2027
