Immanuel Communities is seeking an Assistant Retirement Living Consultant to join our team at Lakeside, located at 17475 Frances Street in Omaha, Nebraska. Recognized as Best of Omaha in the Senior Living category for 15 consecutive years, Lakeside is a premier senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Support services on a beautiful full-continuum campus.
In this role, you'll partner with prospective residents and their families, support community occupancy goals, coordinate tours and outreach efforts, and help create an exceptional experience for those considering Lakeside as their future home.
Pay is based on experience, education, skills, and certifications.

Job Duties & Skills Required
What You Will Do
The overall purpose of this job is to serve as the backup to the Senior Retirement Consultant and contribute to meeting or exceeding community occupancy by working as a team to network, market and follow the Immanuel sales process with prospective residents and/or their families. The responsibilities of this job also include professionally representing Immanuel Communities in outreach to referral sources to build community awareness and relationships.
Skills & Requirements
Associate’s degree in marketing, communication, public relations, or a related field.
One (1) year of experience in building and managing relationships in consultative sales, public relations or related industry is required.
