We are hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) from Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering backgrounds. Freshers from the 202526 batch are encouraged to apply. The role includes on-the-job training and project/site exposure.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist in project execution and site activities.
• Support senior engineers in planning, coordination and supervision.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Prepare basic reports, documentation and site records.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors and other departments.
• Gain practical exposure through on-the-job training.

Preferred candidate profile :

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 2025-26 batch freshers preferred
• Good technical knowledge and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work at project/site locations
• Candidates willing to commit to a 3-year service bond preferred
