The Role

The Director of Supply Chain leads the strategy and execution of our end-to-end supply chain, including planning, inventory, sourcing, procurement, production, product commercialization, and logistics.

As a member of the Leadership Team, you'll partner across the business to build a supply chain that supports growth, strengthens product availability and service, manages cost and working capital, and reduces operational risk.

This role is a great fit for a leader who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. You use data to make decisions, create clarity and accountability, develop strong teams and supplier partnerships, and build processes that help the organization move faster and operate more effectively.

This is a hybrid position based in Long Beach, CA, with three days per week in the office and periodic international travel, including to Asia and Central America. The role reports to the President.

Provide direction and oversight to the Product Development team, ensuring clear priorities, strong development processes, and accountability for quality, cost, manufacturability, and timelines. Partner with Design, Sales, Account Management, and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure products meet customer and business requirements.

Logistics & Distribution: Set transportation and distribution strategies that balance customer service, speed, and cost. Continuously evaluate freight, routing, consolidation, supplier, and operational decisions for opportunities to improve performance.
