Summary: Illinois Institute of Technology is seeking a Temporary Financial Aid Assistant to provide critical office support within Student Financial Services. The role involves performing administrative functions, assisting visitors, and ensuring efficient operations while maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist all visitors seeking the support of the Offices of Financial Aid and Student Accounting - Serves as primary steward for both departments, responding to incoming inquiries via telephone and in-person, and serving as a front-line representative of the departments.
