Academic Counselor at IITS RPS in Kannangad, Kerala

We are looking for Academic Counselors to join our team in Kanhangad. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their educational and career requirements, recommending suitable courses, and supporting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student enquiries through calls.
• Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and course requirements.
• Provide accurate information about available courses, universities, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
• Counsel prospective students and help them select suitable programs.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective and enrolled students.
• Achieve individual and team admission targets.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Coordinate with the admission and academic teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with students.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
