Role & responsibilities

• Participate in invention disclosure meetings to understand and assess new concepts.
• Conduct comprehensive patentability searches using commercial patent databases, submit detailed search reports, and discuss findings with inventors.
• Present findings effectively through clear verbal and written communication.
• Respond to IP-related queries from inventors and internal stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to interpret search results and support decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification and Experience

• Must be a Registered Indian Patent Agent.
• Bachelors or masters degree in chemical engineering with a strong technical background (preferred).
• 05 years of experience in IP-related work.

Salary

Rs.25,000/- upwards per month based on the experience
