NOW HIRING: ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

Location: IIH College Inc., Novaliches, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Work Arrangement: Full-time, on-site

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Finance, or a related course.
• Preferably with experience in accounting or bookkeeping in a school, college, or other educational institution.
• Knowledgeable in bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tuition fee monitoring, collections, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling financial records accurately.
• Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and innovative thinking.
• Able to identify problems, recommend solutions, and improve existing accounting processes with minimal supervision.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and committed to maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.
• Willing to work on-site in Novaliches, Quezon City, from Monday to Saturday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documents.
• Monitor student accounts, tuition payments, collections, and outstanding balances.
• Process and monitor accounts payable, reimbursements, and disbursements.
• Prepare financial summaries, reconciliations, and accounting reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with school administrators and other departments regarding financial matters.
• Recommend practical improvements to accounting systems, spreadsheets, and financial monitoring procedures.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
