IGT Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Technical Lead to join our SITA-Offshore team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET, web APIs, and client handling, and will lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your expertise in .NET, web APIs, and microservices will be key in developing robust and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using .NET and web APIs.
• Implement microservices architecture and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Utilize SQL and C# for data management and application development.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development, with a strong focus on web APIs.
• Proficiency in C#, MVC, SOAP, and RESTful web services.
• Experience with SQL databases and data management.
• Knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms for deployment and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
