As a Senior DevOps Engineer at IGT Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our IT - COMMON-Offshore department. Your expertise in Linux, Ansible, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices will be instrumental in enhancing our systems and processes. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Design and implement robust and scalable DevOps solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Automate and optimize IT processes using Ansible, Kubernetes, and other automation tools.
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, promoting efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps practices with business objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest DevOps technologies and best practices, driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure security and compliance across all DevOps initiatives, adhering to industry standards.
• Document and communicate DevOps strategies and best practices to stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the offshore team, ensuring seamless operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a proven track record of success.
• Expertise in Linux administration and configuration management using Ansible.
• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
• Proficiency in Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline integration and automation.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach.
