This role involves providing exceptional service to customers through various communication channels (phone) addressing their travel-related inquiries, and assisting with bookings, cancellations, and changes to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree/ Under grad
• Prior experience in customer service
