Job Description
IGT Services and Technologies FZ-LLC is seeking a Lead Business Consultant to join our EGIT-Onsite team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Product Owner, with a focus on the airline industry and baggage & cargo management.
As the Lead Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our client projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of business consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure effective project delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
- Translate client requirements into actionable plans, defining project scope and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify business opportunities and challenges.
- Develop and document comprehensive business requirements, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and testing, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and provide feedback on project deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into project strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 to 14 years of experience as a Product Owner, with a strong background in the airline industry.
- Proven expertise in baggage and cargo management systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Experience in conducting business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
