IGT Services and Technologies FZ-LLC is seeking a Lead Business Consultant to join our EGIT-Onsite team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Product Owner, with a focus on the airline industry and baggage & cargo management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of business consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure effective project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
• Translate client requirements into actionable plans, defining project scope and objectives.
• Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify business opportunities and challenges.
• Develop and document comprehensive business requirements, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and testing, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review and provide feedback on project deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into project strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 to 14 years of experience as a Product Owner, with a strong background in the airline industry.
• Proven expertise in baggage and cargo management systems is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
