As an Apprentice SENA - TAG, you will play a vital role in supporting the TAG team's daily operations. Responsibilities

• Assist the TAG team in executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Support sourcing efforts by identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
• Engage with campus communities to promote IGT's brand and opportunities.
• Collaborate with callers and recruiters to streamline the recruitment process.
• Help maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews for potential candidates.
• Assist in organizing and executing recruitment events and workshops.
• Provide administrative support to the TAG team as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment within the team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., business, marketing, human resources).
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, marketing, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment strategies (an asset).
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is preferred.
• Availability to commit to the internship for the specified duration.
