Join IGT Services and Technologies Colombia S.A.S as an Apprentice SENA - HR and gain valuable experience in various HR functions. This internship offers an opportunity to learn and support the HR team in Payroll, Health & Safety, and daily HRBP process.

As an Apprentice SENA - HR, you will be an integral part of our HR-Enablement regional department. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to multiple HR areas, allowing you to develop your skills and knowledge. You will work closely with our experienced HR professionals and gain insights into the diverse aspects of HR management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Support the Health & Safety team in implementing safety protocols and initiatives.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to understand business needs and provide HR support.
• Conduct research and gather data for HR projects and initiatives.
• Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Help maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Support the organization of HR events and training sessions.
• Liaise with external vendors and partners as required.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant HR or Business Administration program.
• Strong interest in HR and a passion for learning.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts and practices is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Willingness to take on new challenges and learn quickly.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
