If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!

You will contribute to secure and green energy ecosystem creation by:

• Running the prequalification process for ancillary services and ensuring every step meets system operator requirements while documenting the process
• Documenting asset technical characteristics in accordance with the requirements of our trading engineers
• Setting up and maintaining quality assurance processes that keep asset uptime as high as possible
• Leading the business strategy for growing the VPP portfolio and adding new asset types
• Managing procurement of VPP-related services and platforms together with IT security and compliance colleagues

Qualifications

• A degree in a quantitative or engineering field

• A strong understanding of VPP technology and hands-on experience using it
• Great communication skills in English (writing and speaking)
• Proactiveness, responsibility, collaboration skills, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

Would be an advantage:

• General knowledge of communication protocols and secure networking
• A technical understanding of wind, solar and BESS technologies
• Programming experience in Python

Additional Information

• Your work directly affects trading results, and you'll see the outcome every day
• You'll work on real assets that support the energy transition
• You'll be part of an experienced, technical team where ideas move quickly from research to production
• Compensation corresponding to experience and competencies, and financial incentives dependent on achieved results
• A package of additional benefits to choose from: pension accumulation, health insurance, or another benefit from the selectable benefits list in the MELP application
• Additional paid days for health improvement, short-term illness, volunteering, and accumulated work experience
• A hybrid work model (3+2) and flexible working hours
• An onboarding program tailored for new hires, including tours and buddy support
• Team and Group events, other activities
• Take part in an unfolding energy transformation process to create a 100% green and secure energy ecosystem for both current and future generations
