About the Company

Based in the scenic Allgäu town of Kempten, we operate as an independently funded, profitable B2B SaaS organization. Originating as a digital agency, we created our own proprietary software because off-the-shelf market solutions could not fulfill our day-to-day requirements. Today, roughly 700 German-speaking agencies rely on our platform. Our development philosophy prioritizes practical functionality, user-centered design, and efficient architecture. We foster an agile, collaborative work culture characterized by flat hierarchies, rapid communication, and high individual ownership where your contributions directly influence our future growth.

The Role & Mission

As our inaugural dedicated marketing specialist, you will function as a strategic generalist tasked with establishing our user acquisition engine from the ground up. Collaborating closely with the founding partners, product designers, and content creators, you will take complete ownership of our go-to-market strategy, funnel architecture, and brand positioning. We are looking for an action-oriented builder who can rigorously test hypotheses, scale paid channels, configure advanced HubSpot automation, and drive our expansion throughout the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Positioning: Design comprehensive marketing blueprints, manage channel allocations, define key performance indicators, and sharpen messaging for distinct agency demographics and buyer personas.
• Performance Marketing: Take absolute charge of paid acquisition channels, with a primary focus on Meta Ads to steer creative direction, campaign structuring, A/B testing, and optimization.
• Funnel & Conversion Optimization: Optimize every touchpoint of the user journey, ensuring a seamless transition from initial visitor click to trial onboarding and final monetization.
• Marketing Automation (HubSpot): Establish HubSpot as our core marketing backbone, overseeing lead nurturing sequences, scoring mechanics, and detailed reporting dashboards.
• Channel Expansion: Identify and scale alternative growth vectors, including LinkedIn advertising campaigns, educational webinars, and strategic partner programs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to effectively merchandise customer case studies, feature rollouts, and product updates.
• Tracking & Attribution: Maintain rigorous attribution models and analytics tracking to accurately evaluate return on ad spend and guide data-backed decisions.
• Team & Agency Building: Anticipate organizational scaling demands by mapping out future hiring needs and vetting external agency partners.

What We Are Looking For

Must-haves:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years focusing on B2B SaaS marketing within fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Performance Expertise: Demonstrated, hands-on experience building, managing, and scaling Meta Ads campaigns.
• Automation Mastery: Deep technical proficiency in HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and CRM integration.
• Funnel Acumen: Strong understanding of product-led growth (PLG) and trial-to-paid conversion funnels.
• Mindset: A blend of strategic vision and execution-driven autonomy, underpinned by high personal accountability and strong emotional intelligence.
• Data-Driven: Analytical rigor in performance tracking, hypothesis testing, and scaling successful initiatives.
• Language Skills: C2 native-level German for crafting nuanced copy, and C1 professional English for internal operations.

Nice-to-haves:

• Background within agency operations, marketing services, or recruitment environments.
• Practical knowledge of LinkedIn advertising, organic social media management, or community-driven marketing frameworks.
• Prior experience coordinating external vendors, creative agencies, or expanding marketing teams.

What We Offer

• High Creative Freedom: Complete autonomy to design and implement marketing strategies, workflows, and processes from scratch.
• Direct Impact: Daily collaboration with the founders, ensuring immediate visibility and strategic influence for your initiatives.
• Attractive Compensation: A competitive salary range of EUR 70,000 – EUR 85,000, supplemented by individual performance bonuses and 30 days of annual leave.
• Flexible Working Model: Full remote flexibility paired with 3–4 annual team gatherings at our Kempten headquarters in the Allgäu region.
• Maximum Growth Curve: Exceptional professional development supported by continuous learning budgets, team events, and a vibrant corporate culture.
