About the Company

Headquartered in the scenic Allgäu region of Kempten, we are a profitable and self-funded B2B SaaS company. Emerging from our background as a digital agency, we engineered our own software solution after discovering existing market platforms failed to meet our daily operational needs. Today, over 700 German-speaking agencies depend on our software. Our product strategy prioritizes tangible utility, user-centric engineering, and streamlined system design. We cultivate an agile team atmosphere characterized by flat hierarchies, personal ownership, and a team-driven mindset where your contributions directly steer our ongoing expansion.

The Role & Mission

As our very first dedicated marketing lead, you will serve as a strategic generalist tasked with constructing our user acquisition system from the ground up. Working directly alongside our founders, UX designers, and content managers, you will assume complete ownership of our go-to-market execution, sales funnel architecture, and brand positioning. We are seeking a hands-on builder who can validate strategic hypotheses, scale performance channels, configure sophisticated HubSpot workflows, and accelerate our footprint across the DACH territory.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Positioning

• Develop end-to-end marketing roadmaps, control advertising budgets, establish key performance metrics, and tailor messaging strategies to distinct agency verticals and buyer profiles.

Performance Marketing

• Take full ownership of paid acquisition channels, prioritizing Meta Ads to guide creative strategy, campaign structures, split testing, and continuous performance tuning.

Funnel & Conversion Optimization

• Enhance every stage of the user conversion path, optimizing the journey from initial ad engagement through free-trial onboarding to paid contract conversion.

Marketing Automation (HubSpot)

• Build out HubSpot as our core marketing engine, configuring automated nurture sequences, lead scoring frameworks, and comprehensive performance analytics.

Channel Expansion

• Identify and scale complementary growth avenues, including targeted LinkedIn campaigns, educational webinars, and co-marketing partnership channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work in close alignment with Product and Customer Success teams to showcase client case studies, feature releases, and major product updates.

Tracking & Attribution

• Implement clean attribution models and data tracking frameworks to measure true campaign ROI and guide data-driven decision-making.

Team & Agency Building

• Plan for future operational scaling by outlining hiring roadmaps and managing external agency or freelance partners.
