Job Description
Summary: Ignite Digital is a company that partners with national security agencies to enhance operational outcomes through technology and mission experience. The Property Analyst role involves reviewing program documentation, managing data systems, and supporting automation workflows to improve efficiency in property transactions for government clients.
Responsibilities:
- Review program documentation using Government guidelines and provide recommendations on improvements
- Establish and maintain knowledge management best practices utilizing a common workspace for team projects to achieve simplified document retrieval, correlation, and analysis of completed tasks with particular emphasis on Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Use Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) to pull reports and provide real time data regarding Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM) and transactions
- Analyze and locate the source of complex Navy ERP Property transactional errors in order to provide detailed direction / remediation for end users
- Ensure automation workflows align with Navy ERP transactional workflows existing for Property teams
- Support automation requirements generation, project planning, and technical execution for logistics technology stacks NIWC PAC is deploying, including mobile applications and web applications
- Identify methods that should be used to collect, analyze, and manage data with the purpose of making recommendations to improve data quality and the efficiency of data systems
- Investigate and locate the source of complex errors in order to analyze and recover program operations
- Support team’s Spot Check program, including data collection, scheduling, and reporting
- Maintain APO Teams channels used for monthly meetings and inventory management updates
- Foster collaborative business relationships with government client and team members
- Manage execution of RPA bots supporting Property transactions, including remediation issues and stakeholder engagement
- Generate and reconcile weekly, monthly, quarterly status, and inventory not sighted reports when requested
- Develop & maintain written operating procedures for all processes as designated by the client
- Periodically review current procedures, processes, and database content, then provide any recommendations for enhancements to the client
- Track and file various forms submitted by personnel who cannot locate their property
- Other tasking as needed
