What that means for the people who work here is real: genuinely complex problems to solve, the technology and resources to tackle them properly, and the kind of scope that's rare in established businesses.

The bar is high – bring a curious and forward-thinking mindset and we'll give you the platform to define what comes next.

Join us at IG – the future gets built here.

• Define and maintain the studio's quality bar, briefing templates, and ways of working, raising the standard and efficiency of output across the team.
• Partner with the Head of Creative and Brand Marketing on the ongoing evolution of IG's brand identity, bringing an independent creative point of view to brand decisions.

• What You'll Need:
• 7+ years' experience in graphic design with a focus on digital marketing, with demonstrable experience operating at a creative leadership level

• Experience designing for a multi-market audience, with an understanding of how creative needs to flex across different regions.
• Proven experience managing and developing a small creative team, including workload planning and resourcing across multiple concurrent projects.
