IGoperatesacross multiplejurisdictionsand asset classes and has important compliance requirements, including KYC Client Onboarding.
The purpose ofthis roleis to lead one of our KYC Teams in Poland and support our retail Clientsonboardingprocess. Additionally, the jobholder will be expected to drive improvements in KYC onboarding process to support the company in achieving its strategicobjectives. The jobholder will work alongside the KYC Manager for EMEA, as well as cooperate with Team Leads and Managersacrossthe locations (Poland and India).
What you'll do
Day to Day management of a team of KYC Analysts including:
Team and individual performance
Adhere to agreed targets, KPIs, SLAs and quality standard
Allocation of work and resources
Training and coaching and development of KYC Analysts
Provide production support and subject matterexpertiseto the KYC analysts in gathering data and supporting documentsregardingclients from a range of independent data sources
Support the KYC Analysts toidentifydata and documentation gaps and coach them on researching accordingly
Support the KYC Analysts tovalidatethe clients' KYC risk profile and raising any points of concern, such as negative news
Liaise with other teams as necessary as part of the KYC onboarding process (i.e. New Business, Compliance)
Act as an escalation point for issues that may require Compliance and other relevant parties
Follow global standard policies,proceduresand tools
Drivecontinuousimprovement initiatives.
Who we’re lookingfor:
KeyQualification Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience performing AML/KYC activities in the financial services industry, including retail clients onboarding
People management experience (minimum 1 year)
Deep understanding of the end-to-end KYC and client onboarding processes
Experienced in managing teams up to 10 FTE
Good stakeholder management skills
Strong Risk awareness (incl. Operational, Compliance, Business and Reputational)
Problem solving and analytical mindset
Experience of on boarding across different client types
Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and industry guidelines
Understanding of sourcing information from various data sources
Excellent written and oral communication skills, fluent in English
Great attention to details
Good understanding of MS Excel and ability to design and understand operational reporting
Ability to be highly flexible and react swiftly to changing priorities and urgent situations
