Role & responsibilities:

Plan, set up, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads targeting flight and travel-related search queries. Build and optimize call-driven campaigns (click-to-call, call extensions) to generate qualified inbound leads. Conduct keyword research and maintain negative keyword lists specific to flight/travel search intent. Monitor and manage bid strategies to control cost-per-click and cost-per-call. Track and report on campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, cost-per-call, ROAS) using Google Ads and Google Analytics. Coordinate with the calling/sales team on lead quality feedback and adjust targeting accordingly. Stay current with Google Ads policy changes affecting travel advertisers, and keep campaigns compliant.

Preferred candidate profile:

1-5 years of hands-on PPC/Google Ads campaign management experience. Experience with travel, flight, or OTA campaigns, particularly call-generating campaigns, is a strong plus. Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills. Clear communication skills for coordinating with the sales/calling team.Role & responsibilities
