Treasury Intern at IDC in Boston, MA

Summary: IDC is seeking a Corporate Treasury Summer Intern to join their team, providing valuable hands-on experience in corporate banking. The role involves assisting in the management of global cash, analyzing bank accounts, and collaborating with finance teams to resolve reconciliation issues. Responsibilities: - Assist in the daily management of our global cash, which includes but is not limited to cash reporting, wire processing, FX/investment confirmations and trade settlement - Provide analysis around our global bank accounts, fee structure, cash positions and debt instruments - Prepare KYC/banking documentation (bank signatories, open/close accounts) to update our banking information/services - Assist in maintaining our ecosystem of Treasury-related models/reports/dashboards/workflow - Collaborate with other finance teams to resolve AR/AP reconciliation issues - Take on ad-hoc Treasury projects to help improve our internal processes Required Qualifications: - Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Passion to learn and to question status quo Required Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint
